Make

Launched from Linux Only.

A Makefile has been developped to automate the build process :

1 - Compile forth source code into .com dos executables

2 - Convert necessary .com files into tcom native binaries

3 - Build testing disk images

Optionnally the Makefile allows one to launch TestSuites under Bochs

FreeDos hosted binaries and test suites build

• launched under FreeDos from Linux (make -> tcom.sh -> DosEmu -> tcos.bat -> tcom.exe)
• driven by make from Linux

Disk image linux hosted build

One disk image per test suite

• Create a blank disk image file
• Make a FAT12 FileSystem on this file
• replace the first 512 bytes (ie: FAT12 BootSector) with tcos BootSector
• mount the disk image
• copy loader.sys onto it
• unmount the disk image
